In October 2002, the company has been separated and since then T.E.P Lifts Ltd is responsible for the maintenance and repair of lifts in Nicosia and Limassol districts managed by Mr. Pericles Economides and Andrea Neophytou. A newly established company took control of the design and installation of lifts.

From 2002 to 2006 the company focused in renovations taking advantage of the market’s high demand for harmonization with standards due to the accession of Cyprus to the European Union.

According to the market needs and the company’s circulation of projects, in 2006 the company bought new premises and creates a new warehouse for equipment and parts.

In January 2007 the company went back to the field of supply and installation.

In December 2013, complying with the new regulations of Ministry of labour regarding the maintenance of lifts, the company becomes registered with number seven in the Lift retainers registry after a successful audit.

From 2014 until today, the company holds a significant share of the market both in the supply, installation, renovation and maintenance of elevators all over Cyprus.

Today, T.E.P. Lifts Ltd employs twenty people who are experienced and well-trained technical staff coupled with the excellent technical training and experience of the Managing Team.

With forty-one years of experience, the company cooperates with major European factories to supply high quality lifts, parts and accessories. To date, our Company has installed and is responsible for the maintenance for more than 2750 Elevators in Cyprus.
